I started collecting gingers in the late 1990s when I came across a Hedychium coronarium in flower and was hooked. My collection has now grown rapidly over the years as I have built them up. To the point now where the collection is larger than that listed in the RHS Plant Finder and is one of the most comprehensive collections of Hedychium in the country.
